Chef’s Table is a unique and interactive dining experience during which our Executive Chef, Claudio Cavalleri, prepares a tasting menu for his special guests consisting of 10/12 small plates that represent a fresh take on classic dishes from Italy, Spain, Greece, and beyond.
This tasting menu is customized based on the guests’ wishes, Chef Claudio explains how the dishes are executed, the history of the dish, and why certain ingredients were selected for a specific dish. All the while the guests can see how the culinary team executing the dishes for the main dining room guests.
The minimum number of guests for a Chef’s Table reservation is: 6 guests, and the maximum is 12 guests. This is a perfect dining experience for the food aficionados, and for those who enjoy learning about new exotic ingredients, and modern culinary techniques.
The Chef’s Table tasting menu starts at $180 per person, depending on the ingredients used. (Taxes, gratuity and beverage not included)
